Freezer-friendly: This meal is best enjoyed from fresh but the beef, potatoes, root vegetables and gravy can all be frozen.  

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Roast Beef
Remove all packaging and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes (for medium rare). If you prefer the meat more well done leave cooking for slightly longer. 

Yorkshire Pudding Batter Mix
Place a Yorkshire pudding/muffin tin in a preheated oven (set to 180 degrees) until hot. Add 1 tablespoon of sunflower/vegetable oil to each hole then half fill with the batter. Cook for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees or until they have risen and are browned. Don't open the oven while they are cooking!
