What will I receive?

You will receive a delicious, nutritious dish that the whole family will love. Most of
our meals simply require reheating in the oven. You can then serve the dish
directly to the table with pride.

Is Serves Gourmet suitable for vegetarians and vegans?

We want to make mealtime simple for everyone. So, we prepared a number of vegetarian and vegan-friendly dishes for you. These include curries, lasagna and stews.

What are the portion sizes?

Our main dishes are created with a family meal in mind and can serve up to six people. If you're looking for something smaller, our mini dishes serve up to three people.

When will my order arrive?

Place your order by 12 noon to guarantee your next day delivery. Dubai delivery days are Wednesdays, Fridays, Sundays. Abu Dhabi delivery days are Tuesdays, Thursday, Saturdays.

Why do you use ceramic dishes?

Our ceramic dishes are part of the dining experience. You can pop them in the oven, they don’t taint the flavour of the food and they are just the kind of thing you can
be proud to serve your family and friends – plus they’re environmentally friendly.

We avoid using plastic at all means and believe in reusing it wherever and whenever we can.

Can I keep the ceramic dish?

No, sorry! While our ceramic dishes are reusable, making them great for the environment, we ask that you simply wash the dish when you’re finished and swap it for a full one on your next delivery.

However, if you really want to keep it, you can purchase one on our accessories and products page.

What is cancellation policy?

Full refund with 36 hours notice. Refunds at the discretion of management.
