COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Remove all packaging, cover with foil and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking and replace the foil. 

Alternatively, cover with film and microwave for 5-7 minutes, or until hot.

Perfect with a side of plain rice or Asian vegetables.
