Prawns & Quinoa Salad

Can be enjoyed on it's own or as a side dish (great to take along to a barbecue with one of our other salads!).

Ingredients:

Quinoa, prawns, green beans, green and yellow courgette, cherry tomatoes, parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
