Cooking Instructions:

Remove all packaging, cover with foil and place in a pre-heated oven, set to 160 degrees, for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Alternatively, cover with cling film and microwave for 6-7 minutes or until piping hot.

Lamb leg (boneless), plain yoghurt, ginger & garlic paste, onion, chilli, turmeric, garam masala, coriander leaves, cumin powder, ground coriander, tomato puree, nutmeg powder and butter.
